My suggestion is to not wait for the weekly payouts to your bank account. Rather cash out your earnings on a daily basis at the end of each day.

UberEats cost for instant withdrawal : $1.50
If you don't want to pay the instant withdrawal fees to each platform on a daily basis, then alternate the withdrawal dates. For example:
Monday : withdraw UberEats total available
Tuesday : withdraw Doordash total available
Wednesday : withdraw UberEats total available
Thursday : withdraw Doordash total available
Friday : (do not withdraw unless instant)
Saturday, Sunday : (do not withdraw since payday is Monday)
Also note that some platforms might not offer instant withdrawals to certain banks.
