Delivery Opportunities near 24-hour restaurants
Wouldn't it be nice if by 10am you have earned enough income to not be stressed for your next shift?
If you are to achieve this you need to be disciplined. It requires waking up at 4am. As soon as you wake up you need to be ready to go, with a packed lunch if you are eating home cooked food.
When you begin doing deliveries this early, there is zero to little traffic. Unfortunately you are going to have to accept small offers and hopefully they are reasonably sensible.
There is less work at these hours so do not refuse the first offer made to you. After that it is advisable to only refuse one low paying offer per company that you are working for (UberEats, Doordash, Instacart, SkipTheDishes).
If you refuse too many offers then delivery offer assigners will give other drivers an opportunity and use you as a last resort.

Morning shift (7am to 12pm)
Delivery Opportunities near grocery stores and restaurants
Between 7am and 10am Walmart and other grocery stores begin their deliveries. These are usually consistent high paying offers, oftentimes double deliveries close to each other. Nonetheless sometimes you will get large orders, so don't forget your mini-cart or dolly.
Also until 10am there is a lot of rush hour traffic. So if at this time you choose to deliver in busy areas, stay off main roads and use side streets to avoid as much traffic as possible. If you do get stuck in traffic, take it easy, don't stress. The day is still young, and you already have earned some money!
Better still is to just avoid the traffic and around 6:30am drive away from the city centre. You will still receive grocery orders but without the traffic. They might pay a dollar or two less. Accept these offers. You will also receive restaurant offers.
Between 10am and 12pm you will continue receiving grocery delivery offers and regular restaurant offers and the traffic will be less within the city centres.
By 12pm you will almost be close to a 8 hour shift, and if you work sensibly you should not be tired yet!

The point of this post is that you can cause less stress to yourself by starting the day early around 4am. At around 6:30am drive away from city centres in order to avoid traffic. A golden rule is to deliver a little bit away from city centres during rush hours.
